Propagating crape myrtles is very easy. Winter hard wood cuttings root easily. Soft wood cuttings after they begin to grow in the spring but before they bloom root easily.
Stick in potting soil and cover with a zip lock bag or put under mist. After two weeks they will already start to grow roots!
